What IS

When we are constantly looking back at what was or ahead to what could be, we miss the opportunity of experiencing the joy and peace in WHAT IS. 

Some people call this living in the moment. 

I like to call it the art of being present. 

Easy, right? Walk in the park, yes? 

Uhhhh… no.

As with all mindful practices it takes exactly that… practice. 

And trust me, I’m still practicing.
