Practice Being Present

We have become accustomed to moving through our lives on autopilot, constantly chasing what’s next. Attempting to keep pace with the illusion that time is linear. 

So, pause for a minute. 
What were you doing? 
Were you truly present with whatever task you were attending to? 
Or was your mind already on to the next thing and the thing after that? 

The term Present Time Consciousness coined by James Peck provides beautiful vocabulary for mastering the art of remaining present. 

 While moving through the seemingly mundane tasks of daily life, challenge yourself to practice being present. 

Turn off autopilot and step into present time consciousness.
